The Goose is on the soap box.

Well I am pleased to say I am 3 things away from finishing my to-do list for this year. Wow I did not think I could ever say that this year. I got most of the small stuff done last night and tonight is just another night to attempt to finish it.

I also got the last of the Christmas stuff up and yes it looks great. I also have pictures up of my Christmas tree you can check them out here. Yes that is the best tree I have had for a long time (Andrea do not get upset but real trees are better…LOL).

Well I did have one rant today, and seems to be an on going rant with me but I have to say something. WTF is up with PennDot? I see now their plan to battle the snow is to lay down some deicer 1st and then have trucks on stand by. Now being that is a good plan but having drivers sit on the emergency area of the interstate and sit for what hours and hours? Now I think the money would be better spend in getting some weather sensors on the interstates and have them tell us when drivers are needed. Do you not think that would be better, instead of paying out overtime to people for doing nothing. Oh wait that is PennDot’s Motto. Well I have never liked our states road program and looks like I never will. Seems they have a lot of mismanagement at the top!

Please note on the photo above you can see P Dot Suk written on the back! That picture was taken back in 1997 I had only be a legal driver for 3 years. I will say this I did not hate them as much over the last 2-3 years because there was some road work done around my area that turned out nice but after the bridge issues and now snow issues I stand by my original thoughts.

Well There is not to much to say today just wanted to do a quick post. So keep you eyes open and your chin up, that might be a Penndot truck smashing into to your pick up. Yes that is right they hurt my old truck the “Green Machine” I wish I still had that truck is was a Chevy 2500 Custom deluxe.
